Available in eight captivating colours, each tile is designed to replicate the enigmatic charm of dense forests, offering cost-effective elegance and warmth to your interior spaces.
Our heavy commercial dry-back vinyl tiles come in a dimension of 1219.2mm x 177.8mm, boasting a thickness of 2.5mm and featuring a 0.55mm wear layer, guaranteeing durability and a consistent, enduring finish. Sylvan is Global GreenTag certified and successfully passes VOC tests, assuring its safety and eco-friendliness. The collection is also resistant to chemicals and fire, and offers slip resistance, demonstrating excellent safety qualities. Sylvan impresses with its exceptional thermal conductivity, electrostatic properties, and sound absorption features. It is also designed to sustain the usage of castor chairs with soft, non-staining wheels. Each box of Sylvan contains 15 tiles, enough to cover an area of 3.25m2. With a 20-year residential and a 10-year commercial warranty, we recommend that Sylvan be installed according to the SANS 10070 fitting code of practice, to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
