Belgotex Grid, a heavy commercial grade carpet tile, perfectly suited to withstand heavy traffic. Sporting a visually pleasing pattern colour placement loop pile construction, these tiles are crafted with care using Stainproof SDX (Solution Dyed Nylon) yarn. Interestingly, the yarn incorporates recycled content in select colours.
Designed for durability, the Grid flaunts a pile height of 2mm, a total thickness of 6mm, and a total mass of 3900g/m². The standard sizes vary from 50cm x 50cm to 100cm x 100cm, fitting diverse floor dimensions. The default backing is the NecBac SX, but the EcoBac 300 & EcoBac 500 is available as a custom option. These tiles exhibit superb colour fastness to light and rubbing, ensuring your spaces remain vibrant and appealing. It features exceptional fire resistance, sound absorption and thermal resistance, contributing to a safe and comfortable environment. Complying with the SANS 10186 fitting code of practice, the Belgotex Grid tiles can be installed in tessellated, ashlar, brick, monolithic, and random layouts. For the best results, especially in high-use areas with castor wheels, Belgotex recommends the use of carpet protector mats.
